Becker was born in 1958 in Arnsberg. He completed his civil engineering studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. He has worked
for HPP since 1987 in the area of site coordination. He was in the Leipzig
office from 1993 to 1999 and has been a project partner in the Hamburg
office since 2001.
