The 4th phase of construction on the Aachener und Münchner Versicherungs AG’s site resulted in the provision of an administrative building with an accounts centre. The new building is connected to the existing IVZ I offices and forming a semi-circle on the eastern side. Both buildings are linked on the southern side by a central bridge. The accounts centre is situated on the elevated ground level of the eastern section of the building, the technical centre with storerooms and a production hall are housed in the western part. The alternative power supply and further storage facilities are in the central bridge section that connects the old building to the new.
