





The building in the Maxvorstadt, one of Munich’s most popular districts, was gutted after the previous user moved out. While the landmark-protected, clas-sicizing façade was retained, the interior was modernized from the ground up with a glass-roofed inner courtyard, a new roof construction, state-of-the-art engineering, and flexibly laid out, communication-facilitating office areas.
