The shell of this H-shaped, five-story building corresponds to the industrial archi-tecture of the gasworks across the way in terms of materials, form, organization, and window division. The decision in favor of a rear-ventilated brick façade curtain wall reflects the desire to present a more contemporary interpretation of the traditional brick facade.
