This new, clearly articulated, seven-story office and commercial building is located at one of the most important interfaces of downtown Cologne. A hybrid façade provides natural ventilation as well as soundproofing. A special feature of the project’s ecological concept is that the energy for heating and cooling is derived chiefly from ground water.
