The former Rank Xerox headquarters is arranged as a core containing all sup-
plies and services, situated in the centre of the building to which three hexa-
gons, each with over 500m² of space per floor are attached. These hexagons are arranged opposite one another in a staggered form at two-thirds storey height, providing a continuous open plan office with offset levels.
