This complex on the border of the boroughs of Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg in Berlin was constructed in phases and consists of two shopping centres: Ring Center I and Ring Center II.
Ring Center I has 16,500 m² of sales area on five floors plus approximately 3,400 m² of offices. Ring Center II has a trapezoid floor plan and around 8,000 m² of floor space. There is a department store that takes up all of the basement floor as well as part of the ground floor. Further retail units are on located on the ground and first floors, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors house the car park with a total of 1,000 parking spaces.
