This new building was inserted at a depth of six meters between the found-ations of the landmark-protected Dillmann High School. Due to this unusual location, the use of daylight became a central concern of the project’s design. Horizontal rows of windows provide the multifunctional meeting room with natural light. The dematerialized glass pavilion ushers the visitor in and emphasizes the stairway, which seems like a sculpture in front of a red wall.
