This building complex is located on the north bank of the Seerhein River in Constance and optimally oriented to the sun and the water on its open south side. The building structure is set up to make possible a maximum flexibility
in the design of the apartments’ ground plans. This allows the residential units to be adapted to new needs at any time, a characteristic which also helps prolong the life of the building.
