This residential complex will be built on a 5 000 m² site on Graf Recke Strasse in the Zoo district. It was designed with environmental sustainability in mind and consists of a rectangular structure and an angled structure each with 5 storeys and a staggered roof storey. This scale of this new 80 apartment residence fits into the scale of the well-developed Zoo district and the materials and construction methods used fulfil all the requirements of green buildings.
