In the course of its modernization, this “pilgrimage site” will be prepared to host more than 30,000 soccer fans. This is being made possible by the augmen-tation of the bleachers through the addition of another upper tier. Along with a stadium roof that is designed to be perceived, a new four-story west building is being erected. In the basement of this west building a new team area is being constructed with state-of-the-art infrastructure. There will also be more VIP, restaurant, and press areas on the other levels, as well as additional event spaces.
