Leverkusen’s Town Hall Gallery is part of the city’s newly revived downtown and emerges as a discernible, people-friendly city center. Combining elements of an urban square, retail stores, a citizen center, and restaurant and entertainment facilities, the gallery becomes a new point of attraction within the existing urban structures.
