The design for this administration complex utilizes a rectangular base with an inward-leaning atrium, on which the structure of the building ascends in stages to different heights. The structure’s noticeable cubature communicates with the heterogeneous constructions of the surroundings and at the same time creates a new point of orientation within the district by means of its eighty-meter-high office tower.
