HPP invited a small group of members of the Aachen Building Experts to its familiar “BIMcafé” in HPP’s Düsseldorf lounge.

Located directly beside the Neugraben local S-Bahn railway, an emblematic neighbourhood gateway is under construction in Hamburg forming the central element in the development of the IBA project site of Vogelkamp Neugraben.

The Burg Castle complex in Solingen is currently undergoing general refurbishment according to plans drawn up by HPP. The building approval granted in June and the permit applications for historical monuments have paved the way for the construction work to start in autumn 2020.

On Thursday, the kick-off event “Visions of Urban Renewal: The Future of Düsseldorf – Rethinking Architecture & City” was held in HPP’s new offices in Düsseldorf’s Media Harbour.

Together with UKW Innenarchitekten and LAND Germany GmbH, HPP was awarded the second prize in the competition sponsored by the town of Mannheim for the construction of a new town library and the redesign of Dalbergplatz.

As part of the “ARCHITECTURE BAROMETER 30 x 10 - GROHE Digital Talks”, Gerhard G. Feldmeyer was asked 10 questions on the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on our building culture as one of 30 personalities in the field of architecture and real estate.

The city of Frankfurt has issued a building permit for the FOUR Frankfurt project. This paves the way for the implementation of the mixed-use district at the heart of the city jointly designed by UNStudio and HPP.

The design concept by HPP for the Cultural Centre in Chinese town of Zhanjiang was highly admired by the jury and won the 1st prize in the competition for the new cultural landmark.

Working with the Beijing Institute of Architecture Design (BIAD), HPP impressed the jury with its draft concept for revitalising the Jingyu Xingfa Cement Factory in Beijing and was awarded 1st prize in the competition.

In the direct vicinity of the existing airport of Berlin Schönefeld and the future BER airport, the new office building of the BB Business HUB 3 is being realized according to plans by HPP folloqing a new comission from Alpine Finanz Bau GmbH.
