How We Work – Collaborative, Digital and Sustainable
Good architecture emerges through dialogue. At HPP, we are around 450 individuals, with women and men represented in roughly equal numbers. We look forward to people who share our values and are ready to shape the future with us.
In our work, we combine analogue thinking, innovation, and creativity with digital methods. Together, we find the right idea, design in 3D and build using BIM.
Our approach is characterised by experience and openness. We combine the reliability of established processes with the energy of agile teams.

What We Enable
