The new U-shaped office block adds an extension to the existing HUB 5 building, the entire area to which the existing HUB 7 building also belongs, will be rounded off. The arrangement of the buildings creates a green campus axis serving as an intimate, outdoor area of peace and quiet for everyone. Overall, a contemporary campus facility is taking shape with restaurants and conference areas as well as 17,000 m² of additional office space on up to seven floors. The space planning facilitates the entire range of flexible working environments, depending on tenants’ requirements. In terms of its public space, HUB 3 shows itself to be open, communicative and inviting with its three generous lobby areas and calm, fully transparent design. With that the building permit issued, the construction work will begin soon. The project is planned for completion by the end of 2021.
