In the heart of Frankfurt, a new, mixed-use and publicly accessible urban quarter is being created that will not only shape the Frankfurt skyline in the future but will also be an important impulse for urban development. Instead of a former bank area that was closed off to the public, a lively and open urban space will be created: "Today marks an important step in the project history of FOUR, which I am very happy to be a part of. Laying the foundation stone for four towers is exceptionally unique in the history of Frankfurt city," says City Planning Director Mike Josef. The architectural consortium UNS+HPP is realising this innovative quarter together with Groß & Partner. It will be home for up to 1,000 people living and around 4,000 employees working there. After completion of the ground slab, expected at the end of May, the four towers will simultaneously make their way up into the sky.
