Foundation stone laid for new alltours headquarters

On 30th of September, the foundation stone was laid for the alltours headquarters on Düsseldorf's Mannesmannufer, which is being built according to HPP design.

In a prominent location facing the listed Behrens Building and in the direct vicinity of the Mannesmann Tower, a mixed-use ensemble is being developed. In addition to the alltours office and administrative headquarters, a total of three buildings will also include freehold apartments, retirement housing and a nursing and care facility. A delicate, vertically segmented facade structure made of stone pilaster strips was developed as a distinctive design element. These are continued in the roof slope and thus create a concise but calm architectural language. The U-shaped arrangement of the functional blocks facing the Mannesmannufer and Berger-Allee creates a connecting atrium with a glass roof that provides a quality space all year round. In this way, a communicative place is created that offers a bright and attractive atmosphere due to its generosity and transparency. The top floor provides recreational space with an outdoor terrace, a chill-out area as well as sports and health facilities. An innovative mobility concept with e-infrastructure and sharing services in addition to the company's own kindergarten create additional added value for up to 630 employees.

Structural work had begun at the end of July 2021 and is scheduled for completion in mid-2022. Completion of the entire building complex is expected by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
