Together with Düsseldorf's Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller and representatives of the developer 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG and the general contractor Köster GmbH, HPP Senior Partner Gerhard G. Feldmeyer was on site to celebrate the laying of the foundation stone. With the "New H", Heinrich-Heine-Allee is being given a contemporary architectural building block that blends into the surrounding development by adopting to adjacent eaves height and formal interpretation of nearby roofs. Materials, architectural details, and the use of colour undoubtedly set the building in the present and ensure lasting relevance. "We see the new office and commercial building as a building block that strengthens the fabric in a sensitive urban context, within sight of the Wilhelm Marx House and opposite the Deutsche Oper am Rhein," says Gerhard G. Feldmeyer. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022.
