HPP wins international competition in Budapest

The Liget-City will be a comprehensive inner-city mix-use development including residential, office, retail, hospitality and student housing functions. The functions are organized in harmony to benefit from each other and create a dynamic, modern and innovative district. Despite the high density, generous public spaces with a high quality of recreation are created. Size, diversity and location of the district in the heart of Budapest promise a lively neighborhood, which develops with strong references to the existing urban heritage in and around the site. The newly refreshed quarter with a total of 88,000 m² GFA acts as a key development in the district with a potential to expand its effects to the surrounding city districts.
