After more than 1,600 days of construction, recent photos document how the centerpiece, the green roof garden, is taking root and slowly coming to life. The visionary concept creates a stacked business ecosystem that enables flexible and adaptable growth for startups and companies, and its high density will make it an urban incubator. As a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project, the Xili High-Speed Railway Station, the local public transport system, and the various district levels will be optimally interconnected through infrastructure. The raised, green podium level is currently unfolding into a park environment that connects the uses of the high-rise buildings via a variety of footpaths and public spaces. On the ground floor, sunken courtyards and public squares structure the urban space. Various staircases and landscaped bridges lead up to the sky gardens on the tower block floors.
