The striking architecture of the new complex, based on a triangular design, should considerably upgrade this approach area to the city centre. A total of 46,000 m² of gross floor space is to be created over eight floors and a two-storey underground car park. Designed in line with sustainable criteria, the building is intended to be certified in line with the LEED Gold Standard. Demolition of the existing building, used mainly by IBM Deutschland, is due to start over the next few months to make space for the new construction, which will represent an additional HPP contribution to the Kennedydamm district alongside the L'Oréal Deutschland headquarters completed in 2018 and the Eclipse Düsseldorf currently under construction.
