Back in 2020, we were commissioned by project developer Trei Real Estate GmbH as architects and general planners for the Hafeninsel II (Fischerhof) and III (Lotsenhof) residential ensemble after winning a competition. The two six-storey buildings, each grouped around a green inner courtyard, contain 183 flats on a living space of 13,200 square metres. Artificially created canals emphasise the maritime flair of the residential district.
The new city quarter on the former Mainz customs harbour will be enlivened by this further building block in the future.
