An important milestone in the project progress of the striking new office building, which is being built at the entrance to Düsseldorf city centre on Kennedydamm and comprises 46,000 sqm of gross floor space.
The fact that a tree planting ceremony was held at ONE PLAZA instead of the usual topping-out ceremony reflects the ecological focus of the project. The three pine trees that were planted in the inner courtyard a few days ago are over thirty years old and up to 25 metres high. They form the centrepiece of the Forrest Home concept - a total of over 50 new trees will be planted in the outdoor areas and on the green roof terraces!
