Eclipse is not a conventional office tower but an open system for interaction, flexibility and corporate culture. Interior architecture becomes a spatial strategy that creates connections across 16 storeys and places people at the centre of a vertical working environment.

Holistic design: architecture and interior architecture from one source

At the heart of Eclipse is a spiral promenade that winds through the building, linking six multi‑storey atria. This helix enables visual connections, encourages movement and integrates interaction into daily work. It supports informal meetings, events and recreation – a place where corporate culture emerges.

Agile working evolves through a diverse spatial and functional offering. The office areas are organised around a central core and can be configured flexibly along the façades. This arrangement allows the spatial structure to be adapted easily to evolving work processes.

Currently, Eclipse accommodates traditional cellular offices and individual workstations along the glazed façade, complemented by group offices, communication zones and open‑workspace areas in the central zones, at the building corners and along the atria. Room‑in‑room concepts, dedicated conference floors on the upper levels, roof terraces and a roof garden above the base expand the range of uses.

The colour concept is based on the activity‑based working approach of the tenant, PWC. Different zones are differentiated through colour and atmosphere to support orientation and identity. Green walls across 16 storeys improve the microclimate and create visual accents.

Around 2,000 sensors provide real‑time data enabling Smart‑Engine technology to control lighting, climate and ventilation based on occupancy. Up to 34% operating costs, approximately 29% energy and up to 200 tonnes of CO₂ per year can be saved. Via a building app, employees can book workstations, individually adjust lighting and climate, and locate available rooms. The system supports agile forms of work and continuously optimises space utilisation.
