Two HPP projects shortlisted for the Blueprint Awards
L'Oréal Germany Headquarters in Düsseldorf and In-bund Office Shanghai, projects designed by HPP, have been nominated for the renowned international Blueprint Award. The winners will be announced on 17 October at the Award Ceremony in London.

Centro Oberhausen Food Court Opens
On July 11, 2019, the extensive refurbishment of the Centro Oberhausen was completed. Half of the total capex provided by client Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the CPP Investment Board went into the revitalisation and redesign works to the food court, developed by HPP and which were carried without interrupting operations.
