New landmark on Dusseldorf’s Kennedydamm
A new mixed-use building comprising offices and gastronomy, designed by HPP and commissioned by Hamburg-based MOMENI Group, is to be created on the Karl-Arnold-Platz right beside Dusseldorf’s northern artery Kennedydamm.

Milestone for FOUR Frankfurt: building permit granted
The city of Frankfurt has issued a building permit for the FOUR Frankfurt project. This paves the way for the implementation of the mixed-use district at the heart of the city jointly designed by UNStudio and HPP.
1. Prize for the Zhanjiang Cultural Center
The design concept by HPP for the Cultural Centre in Chinese town of Zhanjiang was highly admired by the jury and won the 1st prize in the competition for the new cultural landmark.
1. Prize for the Jingyu Xingfa Cement Factory
Working with the Beijing Institute of Architecture Design (BIAD), HPP impressed the jury with its draft concept for revitalising the Jingyu Xingfa Cement Factory in Beijing and was awarded 1st prize in the competition.
Building permit for BB Business HUB issued
In the direct vicinity of the existing airport of Berlin Schönefeld and the future BER airport, the new office building of the BB Business HUB 3 is being realized according to plans by HPP folloqing a new comission from Alpine Finanz Bau GmbH.
L'Oréal Headquarter won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2020

The L'Oréal Deutschland Headquarters in Düsseldorf, realized according to plans by HPP on behalf of die developer, was awarded the internationally renowned iF DESIGN AWARD 2020 in the Offices / Workspaces category for its interior design.
HPP once again at top positions of the international rankings
In the World Architecture 100 Ranking 2020 (WA100 for short), HPP have been able to move up six places compared to the previous year and are now ranked 26th among all architectural firms worldwide. In the "Sector Review 2019" ranking, HPP was able to defend its 17th place in the Top 50 European Architectural Groups.
